All content, software, models, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Aura ML and are protected by intellectual property laws.Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Aura ML grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for internal business purposes.You retain ownership of data you submit to the Services (“User Data”). You grant Aura ML a limited license to use User Data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Certain Services may require payment. Fees, billing terms, and payment schedules will be specified at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.Aura ML may change pricing with prior notice where required by law.

Any non-public business, technical, or commercial information disclosed by Aura ML is considered confidential and must not be disclosed or used except as necessary to use the Services or as permitted in writing.

The Services may integrate or link to third-party tools or services. Aura ML is not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices, and your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura ML disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Aura ML does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura ML will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Aura ML’s total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Aura ML in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or if no fees were paid, a nominal amount as permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aura ML, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Aura ML may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aura ML is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective when posted, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
